The KJC Toolbox connector is an internal tool of KJ Cafes. Only KJ Cafes staff signing in with their own kjcafes.com email can use it, and each person sees only what the Toolbox shows them.
The Toolbox data it reads and writes stays in the Toolbox's own backends and in KJ Cafes' own encrypted storage on Cloudflare (used for the change history). It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
The connector keeps a log of which actions each signed-in person took, not the content of their questions. Vendor logins and passwords are never available through it.
